当地时间12时51分02秒，缅甸全国响起警报，以悼念地震遇难者。
缅甸国家管理委员会3月31日发表声明说，缅甸领导人敏昂莱当天宣布，将3月31日至4月6日定为缅甸地震全国哀悼周。
