4月1日，天玛智控（688570）发布公告，副总经理张龙涛因工作调动申请辞职。根据相关法律法规及公司章程，张龙涛的辞职自辞职报告送达公司董事会时生效，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
截至公告披露日，张龙涛未直接持有公司股份，但通过天津元智天玛管理咨询合伙企业间接持有204万股，占公司总股本的比例为0.4711%。
2024年，天玛智控实现收入18.61亿元，归母净利润3.40亿元。
