财联社4月1日电，立新能源走出2连板，银星能源冲击涨停，广安爱众、豫能控股、嘉泽新能、韶能股份等跟涨。消息面上，3月31日，国新办就第八届数字中国建设峰会有关情况举行发布会。国家发改委党组成员、国家数据局局长刘烈宏介绍，今年底，我国要实现60%以上新增算力在国家枢纽节点集聚，新建大型数据中心使用绿电占比超过80%。
