3月31日，轻纺城（600790）发布公告，控股股东绍兴市柯桥区开发经营集团有限公司计划在公告披露之日起12个月内增持公司股份，增持数量不高于2933万股，增持比例不超过轻纺城总股本的2%，不低于轻纺城总股本的1%，增持价格不高于4元/股。
2024年前三季度，轻纺城实现收入7.17亿元，归母净利润2.21亿元。
