3月31日，森马服饰（002563）发布公告，2024年度利润分配预案已经通过董事会和监事会审议。
根据利润分配预案，公司计划每10股派发3.5元现金红利（含税），预计实现现金分红总额为9.43亿元。
2024年，森马服饰实现收入146.26亿元，归母净利润11.37亿元。
