财联社3月31日电，移远通信(603236.SH)公告称，公司董事会审议通过向特定对象发行A股股票的方案，本次发行股票数量不超过2617万股，募集资金总额不超过23亿元，用于车载及5G模组扩产项目、AI算力模组及AI解决方案产业化项目、总部基地及研发中心升级项目和补充流动资金项目。该方案尚需提交股东大会审议。
