比特币矿企Hut 8当地时间3月31日宣布与特朗普次子埃里克·特朗普成立比特币公司American Bitcoin，Hut 8拥有该公司的多数股权，公司致力于工业规模的比特币采矿和战略性比特币储备开发。此前，Hut 8将大部分ASIC矿机战略地提供给了American Data Centers并换取了该公司的多数股权，该公司是由包括小唐纳德·特朗普和埃里克·特朗普在内的一批投资者成立的。在此次交易中，American Data Centers更名为American Bitcoin并重新启动。
