近日，在2025中国超市周活动现场，永辉负责调改的高管正在台上发表演讲。胖东来创始人于东来登台打断其发言：“让我加两句吧。” 于东来称，永辉当前的整体调改，以及步步高和其他所有进行调改的企业，最大目标应是实现生存。“先活下来，我们不要想着挣钱。”于东来强调，调改店不能只追求净挣钱，而是要实现持续健康发展。“像（永辉）这样的调改店，一年挣个200万就行了，不要太多了。”
