格隆汇3月31日｜渤海汽车(600960)(600960.SH)跌停，报3.38元，近期自阶段高位累计回撤近25%，总市值32.12亿元。消息上，渤海汽车昨日晚发布业绩预告更正公告，预计2024年公司归母净利润将大幅亏损11.8亿元至14.3亿元。而今年1月公司披露的业绩预告显示，预计2024年归母净利润亏损4亿元至4.95亿元。据悉，渤海汽车业绩预告大幅“变脸”的原因，是公司旗下子公司申请破产。(格隆汇)
