近日，有网友爆料：温州 瑞安东山下埠铁桥处一窨井盖有安全隐患，窨井盖位移、翘起，宛如一个陷阱，如果不注意踩到了可能会掉入。而且这一现象已经持续 半个月了，没人来修复。
