春暖花开，正是放风筝的好时节，然而对于城市输电线路来说，风筝却是可能造成跳闸事故的大隐患。近日，国网上海超高压公司输电抢修人员使用一架搭载了“激光炮”的无人机，快速消除一起输电线路风筝缠线外破隐患，确保城市供电安全稳定。
