财联社3月30日电，台积电前联席首席运营官蒋尚义表示，英特尔采用成熟的芯片制造工艺才能取胜，因为它远远落后于台积电，无法赶上。蒋尚义补充说，虽然英特尔曾经是芯片行业的“王者”，但现在却是“无名小卒”。他认为英特尔应该收购一家成熟的制造工艺工厂。
