3月28日晚间，复星国际宣布完成2025年3月28日到期的8.7亿美元等值贷款的再融资，其中6.75亿美元等值是通过筹组一笔新银团贷款。与公司过去操作类似，本次新筹组银团设有绿鞋机制可允许新银行参与。
