智通财经APP讯，太和控股(00718)发布公告，集团预期于2024财政年度取得除税前亏损不少于约9亿港元，较集团于截至2023年12月31日止年度所取得经审核除税前亏损约14亿港元，亏损收窄约5亿港元。
预期除税前亏损会收窄的主要原因是2024财政年度就投资物业公允值减幅拨备，较2023财政年度的比较数字减少约5亿港元。
