财联社3月28日电，中国东航(600115.SH)公告称，2024年度归属于上市公司股东的净利润为-42.26亿元，母公司累计可供分配利润为负。根据相关规定，公司不具备现金分红的前提条件。综合考虑公司长远发展和全体股东利益，公司董事会同意2024年度不进行现金分红，不实施公积金转增股本。
