人民财讯3月28日电，无锡银行(600908)3月28日晚间公告，公司董事会秘书王锋因年龄原因，辞去董事会秘书职务。公司于2025年3月27日召开第七届董事会第三次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任董事会秘书的议案》，聘任费国栋为公司董事会秘书，任期与第七届董事会一致。
