根据雷总的微博，小米YU7，中文读音正式确定为小米“御7”，寓意“陆地战车，御风而行”。
其实可以理解为两层意思。第一个就是小米YU7优秀的空气动力学设计，做到了足够低的风阻系数，用来御风；第二个就是强悍的动力，双电机高功率版本综合功率508kW（691马力），用来破风。
