3月28日，中科信息（300678）发布公告，2024年度利润分配预案已于2025年3月27日的董事会上审议通过。公司计划以总股本2.96亿股为基数，向全体股东每10股派发现金股利0.5元（含税），合计派发现金股利1482万元（含税）。
