人民财讯3月28日电，兴业银行行长陈信健在2024年度业绩说明会上表示，该行持续推动房地产业务的风险化解，房地产贷款在总贷款中占比去年下降0.49个百分点，全年压降风险房地产项目敞口约143亿元，房地产业务风险虽然还没有全部出清，但集中爆发的“峰值”已经过去。
