3月27日，蓝天燃气（605368）发布公告，实际控制人李新华解除质押4400万股，占其持股比例的94.10%及公司总股本的6.16%；截至公告披露日，李新华及蓝天集团累计质押股份为2.14亿股，占其合计持股的60.52%及公司总股本的29.89%。
2024年，蓝天燃气实现收入47.55亿元，归母净利润5.03亿元。
