安阳一区财政局原局长被敦促投案自首，两名女性涉嫌窝藏被网上追逃《通告》表明，为依法惩治职务犯罪，在逃人员路庆峰自即日起，向监察机关、公安机关等有关单位、组织自动投案，如实供述自己罪行，可依法从轻或减轻处罚。路庆峰密切关系人王鑫、井和宁因涉嫌窝藏犯罪，已由公安机关网上追逃。
