洛阳市人民政府森林防灭火指挥部消息，近期气温持续升高，风大物燥，火情热点频发，洛阳市已发布高森林火险橙色预警，河南省人民政府森林防灭火指挥部也已启动河南省森林火灾Ⅲ级应急响应。根据《洛阳市森林火灾应急预案》，经分析研判，洛阳市人民政府森林防灭火指挥部决定自3月25日起启动森林火灾Ⅲ级应急响应。
