时代财经获悉,近日,抖音电商正式升级“商家体验分”并举办了商家交流会。据悉,商家体验分机制升级是抖音电商近期的升级重点,旨在让指标更合理、规则更透明。在“商品体验”指标考核上,新增商品综合评分,剔除了商品差评率;在“物流体验”考核上,新增揽收时效达成率等,减去了订单配送时长等;在“服务”考核上,新增售后处理时长达成率,去除售后拒绝率等,使其更符合商家实际经营情况。(时代财经 冯恋阁)
