人民财讯3月25日电，双杰电气(300444)3月25日晚间公告，公司和全资子公司双杰新能与中国电建集团北京勘测设计研究院有限公司分别签订《宁夏电投永利能源有限公司股权投资+宁夏电投永利（中卫）新能源有限公司300万千瓦光伏基地项目EPC总承包35kV箱式变电站及其附属设备采购项目采购合同》及《宁夏电投永利（中卫）新能源有限公司300万千瓦光伏基地项目EPC总承包项目3标段工程合同》，合同总金额共计15.55亿元，除税后约占公司2023年经审计营业收入的44.35%。
