3月24日，力高集团（01622.HK）发布公告，预计公司2024年度亏损净额在35亿元至39亿元之间，2023年亏损净额为18.70亿元。
公告称，年内亏损乃主要由于不利的宏观经济环境及房地产行业下行，对公司物业售价造成压力，导致已竣工及已交付项目的毛利率偏低或为负值，同时持作出售的已竣工物业及持作出售的开发中物业减值亏损。
