人民财讯3月24日电，苏州银行(002966)3月24日晚间公告，本行近日收到中国人民银行《准予行政许可决定书》，同意本行在全国银行间市场及境外市场发行金融债券，2025年金融债券新增余额不超过100亿元，年末金融债券余额不超过418亿元。
