3月24日，高伟达（300465）发布公告，控股股东鹰潭市鹰高投资咨询有限公司将其所持有公司的部分股份进行了质押。具体情况为，鹰高投资质押了611万股，占其所持股份的6%，占公司总股本的1.38%。
截至公告披露日，鹰高投资共持有公司股份1.02亿股，占公司总股本的22.96%。此次质押后，鹰高投资累计质押股份达到922万股，占公司总股本的2.08%，占其所持股份的9.05%。
2024年前三季度，高伟达实现收入7.63亿元，归母净利润2404万元。
