3月23日，瑞士羽毛球公开赛（超级300赛）进入决赛日，男单决赛，翁泓阳直落两局击败法国选手小波波夫，夺得冠军。
翁泓阳第一局21-18拿下后，第二局打出21-3。
这是翁泓阳2025年获得的首个公开赛冠军。
他成为继桃田贤斗、安赛龙、石宇奇、金廷、乔纳坦之后，第6位在S300-1000都获得过冠军的男单球员，也是首位在S100-1000都获得过冠军的男单球员。
