每到孩子上下学的时候，总会遇到车辆拥堵难以掉头的问题。3月18日，延安市首个“联动式掉头区”在位于双拥大道延安小学路口正式启用，掉头区增加了一些新的交通标识标线，大大缓解了车辆掉头难问题。
