人民财讯3月21日电，据深房中协统计，2025年第11周深圳市二手房（含自助）录得1808套，环比下降0.2%。二手房录得量虽有小幅下滑，但从绝对值看，仍保持高位水平运行，市场热度持续。根据公开在售二手房源量数据统计，截至2025年3月17日，全市共有68530套有效二手房源在售，较上周增加868套，连续6周出现增加。
