新京报贝壳财经讯 3月21日，国新国证基金发布公告，变更主要股东并增资。公告称，经核准，国新资本有限公司成为公司的主要股东，认购公司新增21000万元人民币出资（占注册资本金比例51.22%），公司注册资本由人民币20000万元增加至人民币41000万元。
