3月21日，长城汽车APP团队发布公告称，由于服务器出现异常，魏牌、哈弗、坦克等五品牌APP及长城汽车APP，部分用户可能无法登录或正常使用。技术团队正在全力修复服务器异常问题，功能正在逐步恢复中。此外，长城汽车建议车主出行期间携带机械钥匙避免因无法正常使用APP而影响用车。
