京民执告〔2025〕5号
“中国传统艺术发展协会”未经登记，擅自以社会团体名义进行活动，授予荣誉称号等，违反了《社会团体登记管理条例》第三条第一款之规定。依据《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十二条和《取缔非法民间组织暂行办法》之规定，我局于2025年3月14日对“中国传统艺术发展协会”依法予以取缔（取缔决定书文号：京民执取〔2025〕5号）。
特此公告。
