人民财讯3月20日电，鞍山银行官网信息显示，该行将于4月初召开临时股东大会，其中将审议关于吸收合并辽宁海城金海村镇银行、辽宁台安金安村镇银行，并设立分支机构的相关议案。此前，鞍山银行已吸收合并千山金泉村镇银行，设立为鞍山银行金泉支行。
