人民财讯3月20日电，国家能源局组织修订形成《电力企业应急预案管理办法（修订征求意见稿）》，现向社会公开征求意见。意见稿提及，电力企业应当针对本单位可能发生的自然灾害类、事故灾难类、公共卫生事件类和社会安全事件类突发事件，组织编制相应的专项应急预案。
