国安小将郭嘉璇去世，年仅18岁

3月20日，北京国安足球俱乐部官方微博发文证实：18岁小将郭嘉璇去世。

我们怀着无比沉痛的心情，向大家告知：北京国安青训球员郭嘉璇于2025年3月19日晚不幸离世。

我们失去了一位热爱足球的孩子，愿嘉璇安息！感谢社会各界人士自郭嘉璇受伤以来的关心和帮助。俱乐部会继续尽最大努力妥善处理善后工作，为郭嘉璇的家人提供一切必要的帮助和支持。

愿嘉璇一路走好！

Beijing Guoan Football Club has announced that their youth academy player Guo Jiaxuan passed on the evening of March 19. In a statement released via the sport club's official Weibo account, Guo is described as "a child who deeply loved football". The posting also extended the club's condolences to Guo's family, writing, "May Jiaxuan rest in peace." The club has expressed gratitude to the public for their support since Guo's injury and has pledged to "spare no effort in handling posthumous arrangements," providing all necessary assistance to his grieving family.

据中国新闻网，2月11日，博主“大琪呀哈比比”在社交媒体发帖称，其弟弟郭嘉璇近期由北京足协组织前往西班牙马德里进行集训，2月6日，在一场与当地球队的比赛中，郭嘉璇与对方球员发生碰撞、头部受伤昏迷。

On Feb 11, a user with the handle of "Da Qi Ya Ha Bi Bi," who claimed to be a family member of Guo, posted on the Chinese social app RedNote, also known as Xiaohongshu, said that during a training session and a competition in Madrid, Spain, Guo suffered a serious injury.

该博主称，郭嘉璇在被送往医院急救后，“当时诊断颅内出血过多”。在北京足协安排下，他父亲于北京时间2月8日14时抵达西班牙，后续了解到郭嘉璇“已经被西班牙医院认定为脑死亡”。在他父亲请求下，医院同意让他们在当地时间2月12日晚12点前将郭嘉璇转运离开。

According to the post, after Guo was sent to the hospital for emergency treatment, he was diagnosed with excessive intracranial bleeding. After arriving in Spain on Feb 8, Guo's father said he was unwilling to have an autopsy performed on Guo and wanted to bring him back to China for continued treatment. The father therefore submitted a letter of understanding to the local court.

2月12日上午，北京足协回应称，目前已与家属达成一致，将郭嘉璇带回国内继续救治，北京足协将全力保障后续治疗。

The Beijing Football Association said on Feb 12 that they had reached an agreement with the family of footballer Guo Jiaxuan, to bring him back to China for continued treatment.

2月13日下午，北京足协发布最新说明：郭嘉璇已被医院诊断为脑死亡，对此次意外事件北京足协深感痛心，只要还有一线希望就不会放弃，全力做好后续工作。郭嘉璇将于近日抵达北京继续救治。
