据报道，香港证监会正在咨询业界有关认购IPO新股融资的意见，包括恢复以往一般收取10%按金的做法。根据拟议规则，认购新股的融资比例最高不超过90%。此前，部分券商向客户提供高达200倍的新股融资，引发了监管机构对于潜在风险的担忧。根据拟议规则，如果客户提供股票作为抵押品，可相应减少按金。预计相关指引将很快出台。
