北京商报讯（记者胡永新）3月7日，国家金融监督管理总局陕西监管局发布行政处罚信息显示，陕西和意保险代理有限公司西安分公司因利用业务便利为其他机构或者个人牟取不正当利益，被责令改正，并处罚款8万元。该公司因未开立独立的佣金收取账户，被责令改正，警告并处罚款0.5万元。因利用业务便利为其他机构或者个人牟取不正当利益、未开立独立的佣金收取账户，吴江被警告并处罚款2万元。
