3月17日，金新农（002548）发布公告，公司董事会秘书翟卫兵辞去职务，仍担任副总经理。
此外，公司于2025年3月17日召开董事会，经公司董事会提名委员会资格审查通过，决定聘任刘灿星为新的董事会秘书，任期至本届董事会任期届满为止。
2024年前三季度，金新农实现收入34.37亿元，归母净利润2787万元。
