人民财讯3月17日电，中国人民银行上海总部发布数据显示，2月末，上海本外币贷款余额12.51万亿元，同比增长9.7%，增速比上月末低0.4个百分点。人民币贷款余额11.94万亿元，同比增长10.3%，增速比上月末低0.5个百分点；外币贷款余额792亿美元，同比下降2.3%，增速比上月末高1.4个百分点。
