3月17日，开勒股份（301070）发布公告，董事会近日收到证券事务代表刘新宇辞职报告，因个人职业规划原因申请辞职，辞职自送达董事会之日起生效。刘新宇辞职后不再担任公司其他职务，其辞职不会影响公司相关工作的正常开展。
2024年前三季度，开勒股份实现收入2.78亿元，归母净利润835万元。
