有熊国， 又称为 “有熊古国”为黄帝时期的城邦国家，位于今河南新郑， 根据战国以来的文献记载，特别是汉晋以来的相关史志，都记有河南新郑为有熊之墟，即有熊古国。《帝王世纪》 云：“或言（新郑）县故有熊氏之墟，黄帝之所都也。”《括地志》 云：“郑州新郑县， 本有熊氏之墟也。”
