Our intelligent control and testing system of BCS and AOI for solar panel production features high efficiency, precision and automation. Specifically, the BCS system is used for accurate panel layup and quality panel assembly. The AOI system is used to detect panel defect, including cracks, damages and so on. The smart control system integrates cutting-edge technologies like AI, visual algorithm and automatic control to boost the production automation and efficiency. It can also identify and correct potential errors to lower cost and risks.
