3月14日，华安证券股份有限公司（华安证券，600909.SH）公告，近日，公司董事会收到公司副总经理顾勇提交的书面辞呈。顾勇因个人原因辞去公司副总经理职务。离职后，顾勇将不再担任公司及参控股公司的任何职务；上述辞职事项自辞职报告送达董事会之日起生效。
