近日，记者实地调研了解到，3月以来上海二手房市场活跃度明显提升，有小区10天内成交5套房，有中介门店周日一天成交10套房，尚未成熟板块的看房量亦大幅增长。安居客数据显示，截至3月11日，3月以来上海二手房成交量达10066套，较去年同期增长51%。（上海证券报）
