全球最大的集装箱租赁商特里顿（Triton International Limited）宣布收购竞争对手Global Container International LLC (GCI) 的协议，交易总价值超过10亿美元，预计收购将于2025年上半年完成。
特里顿是全球最大租箱公司，拥有约700万TEU集装箱，能提供几乎所有类型的箱子，包括普箱、冷藏箱、开顶箱、罐箱、超宽集装箱和框架集装箱等。特里顿在全球46个国家拥有超过400个堆场，客户囊括全球头部班轮公司。
GCI成立于2018年，在海运集装箱租赁行业取得了不少市场份额，管理着约50万TEU集装箱，长期租赁给大型班轮公司，此次收购将进一步巩固特里顿的市场主导地位。
