今天（3月13日），北京天空云量逐渐增多，部分地区或有雨雪，最高气温在17℃左右，白天风力较大，阵风可达六级左右。明后两天，北京气温将明显下降，大部地区有小雨，西部和北部等地可能出现雨夹雪或雪。雨雪天气道路湿滑、能见度降低，公众需注意出行安全，做好防寒保暖措施。
