财联社3月12日电，江西铜业(600362.SH)公告，公司全资子公司江铜香港投资于2025年3月12日与索尔黄金加拿大公司签署股份购买协议，购买其持有的索尔黄金1.57亿股股份，约占其已发行股份的5.24%，交易对价为1807.12万美元。本次交易完成后，江铜香港投资合计持有索尔黄金3.66亿股股份，约占其已发行股份的12.19%。
