智通财经APP讯，亚证地产(00271)发布公告，集团预期于2024年年度取得的集团净亏损约7000万港元至8000万港元，相比截至2023年12月31日止年度(2023年年度)的集团净溢利约2.65亿港元。
集团财务业绩转变的主要原因为截至2024年年度的投资物业公允价值亏损，相比截至2023年年度的投资物业公允价值收益;及融资成本增加，其主要由于2023年下半年所借的其他借款相关的融资成本在截至2024年年度高于截至2023年年度。
