格隆汇3月10日丨拓普集团(601689.SH)公布，近日，公司与本次交易的转让方安徽岳塑、奇瑞科技、安徽源享共同签署了《股权收购协议》（以下简称“协议”），协议约定公司以现金3.3亿元人民币收购转让方合计持有的芜湖长鹏100%股权。
